Liquid Flowmeters

When selecting a flowmeter for use with Liquids the following should be considered:

  • Low cost/accuracy or high quality/accuracy
  • Instantaneous flow rates or accumulated totals
  • The viscosity and density of the fluid
  • The pressure of the fluid
  • The temperature of the fluid
  • The chemical compatibility of the fluid with the flowmeter materials
